Owning a pet requires a mandatory license

Owners of pets kept in Erode Corporation area houses have to pay a fee of Rs.250 and obtain a license. The last date for this is December (31.12.2024). Failure to obtain a license will result in a fine ranging from Rs.5,000 to Rs.50,000. Also, the corporation has issued a notification that pets without a license or roaming outside will be seized without notice. Mandatory Licensing: All pet owners in Erode Corporation must obtain a license. Deadline: The deadline for obtaining a license is December 31, 2024. Fee: The license fee is Rs. 250. Penalty: Failure to obtain a license will result in a fine. Seizure: Pets without a license or found roaming freely will be seized.
